题目：Einstein Gravity: a random walk

摘要：

This talk, based on my textbook on Einstein gravity, consists of a random walk through an assortment of topics, from historical anecdotes to pedagogical tidbits. My focus is on the amusing, the violent, the little known, the rarely mentioned, and the long forgotten. The talk is aimed at advanced undergraduates and above; I do not assume mastery of general relativity. In particular, I comment in passing on contemporary Brazilian cinema.

报告人简介：

Anthony Zee（徐一鸿）是美籍华裔物理学家、作家，出生于上海，后移民到巴西。后来在普林斯顿大学取得学士学位，在哈佛大学取得博士学位。现任美国国家理论物理研究所教授及美国加利福尼亚巴巴拉分校物理系教授,主要研究粒子物理学、随机矩阵理论、超导等及相关的交叉学科。现已发表200多篇论文及专著Quantum Field Theory in a Nutshell，Einstein Gravity in a Nutshell，Group Theory in a Nutshell for Physicists，近期即将出版新书 Fly by Night Physics。另有代表性的科普著作《可畏的对称》，《爱因斯坦的宇宙》（原名《老人的玩具》），《力的统一》等。
